1、In the process of splitting or opening a crate and the transshipment of product, we need to be careful to avoid the impact and damage of the ballscrew.

2、“Box nails should be removed with a screwdriver (only valid for wooden crates)”

3、Ballscrewshould be placed level, and don't put the weight on it.

4、Please store the ballscrew at room temperature in order to avoiding high temperature and high humidity.

5、Please installing and using the ballscrew in a clean environment.

6、The  plastic bag which is for protection the ballscrew  must be removed just before mounting.

7、Please do not screwing the nut out of the groove edge, so as to avoid the ball fall off which will damage to the ballscrew.

8、Avoid strong tapping to the screw end when installation.

9、Ensure that the axis of supporting seat on the screw both ends and the axis of the nut seat is concentric and parallel to the guide component before installing the ballscrew.

10、If you need the pre-tension, please do it after the ballscrew preheating.

11、Long ballscrew need to add auxiliary support structure to overcome the deflection of ballscrew.

12、When using the ballscrew, please lubricate it timely, and grease or oil must meet the requirements.

13、 Ordinary ballscrew can run normally in - 20 ℃ to + 100 ℃ temperature range, and need special customized if over the temperature range.

14、In case of being necessary to dismount or mount the nut, this

operation must be made according to the instructions in our comprehensive technical

catalogue (in the page 85 of technical part). In case of non-observance the warranty expires.
